La Cache a Vin, a restaurant celebrating traditional French cuisine, is co-owned by Dan Arnold and Romain Maunier. Dan is renowned for his culinary expertise, having trained in France and achieved remarkable success in prestigious cooking competitions. Dan's expert guidance comes from his experience as a sous-chef at the renowned Restaurant Serge Vieira in France, where he mastered the rich flavors and techniques of French cooking. His impressive culinary skills were showcased when he represented Australia in the World Finale of Bocuse d'Or in 2017.

After seven years of working abroad, Dan fulfilled his dream of owning a restaurant in his hometown of Brisbane, where La Cache a Vin quickly became a favorite among diners who appreciate the artistry of French cooking. Alongside Romain, who was previously the restaurant's manager, Dan recently became the co-owner of La Cache a Vin.

While Romain handles the day-to-day operations, Dan oversees the kitchen and continues to run his own highly regarded restaurant, Restaurant Dan Arnold. He helps create menus that remain true to the restaurant's traditional focus on classic French bistro dishes. Dan and Romain are committed to providing an authentic French dining experience, ensuring that La Cache a Vin remains a beloved destination for foodies who appreciate the highest quality French cuisine.
